Welcome to Mississippi Heights Elementary! We invite you to discover our wonderful learning community located in Sauk Rapids, Minnesota. Serving 900 students in kindergarten through grade 5, our school team strives for academic achievement in a caring and nurturing environment.
Our staff are committed to helping every student grow and learn to their potential. We are invested in each student's success and wellbeing. Because of this, it is our goal to have a strong partnership with parents and families as we work to support our students. Our teachers are focused on challenging students academically and building confidence in our learners.

P.A.T.H. of the STORM School Program
Mississippi Heights Elementary offers a positive behavior support program that reinforces and empowers staff and students to give their personal best in all aspects of their day: hallways, cafeteria, large group activities, bathroom, playground and bus.
P.A.T.H. of the STORM focuses on four areas:
Prepared Accepting Trustworthy Helpful
Throughout the academic day, students and staff are encouraged to display P.A.T.H. behaviors, and the program is reinforced with P.A.T.H. tickets.
